For purposes of clarity, we would like to state for the record that despite the sylvan connection, St. John’s Wood has no official link to John Cromar, who is neither a saint (wholly FArborA rather than Holy Father-y), nor the owner of a wood. Nevertheless, we have developed an unofficial working connection to the St. John’s Wood / Maida Vale area, which over the years has seen us provide services at many different properties throughout its breadth.

    Planning approval was achieved for a triple-storey basement scheme at this premier dwelling in Regent’s Park, involving retention of most of the trees in the historic garden. We negotiated with Westminster City Council and advised on the elements of the subsequently approved landscape design.
