A basement rear extension (design: Marek Wojciechowski Architects) was added to this premier dwelling. The rear garden was heavily treed; careful evaluation of the condition of a large but declining tree was necessary.

On the request of Westminster City Council, with whom we liaised and negotiated, we supervised air-pick excavation to determine impact upon trees. We advised on the subsequently-approved landscape design. The project was successfully (substantially) completed in 2022.
